Crossing a lake on motorbike Wales 03 during BMW off road course – F650 Dakar

Took a two day BMW training course for off road riding . This is the last challenge of the course , a ride across a lake ! My friend in black had dropped his 650 Dakar about this point , but I made it across. I found out weeks later I’d cracked several ribs in a fall earlier , but it was an excellent course . Guy in the middle is Nick Plumb our instructor and Paris Dakar rider. This is the same course Ewan and Charley started with some time later for Long way round
